Ms. Lang's ePortfolio

Welcome!
¡Bienvenidos! Karibu! Mingalaba!

Welcome to my ePortfolio!
This is a showcase of my teaching and administrative work. I started this as part of the MSEd Educational Leadership program at the University of New England and now continue to add to it as my educational career continues.

A little about myself:
I am a Colorado native. I have a B.A. in Psychology from CU Boulder, I received my teaching degree from CU Denver, and my masters in Educational Leadership from Univ. of New England. I was a classroom teacher for 7 years, an administrator as the Dean of Students for 2 years, and am now the ECE -2nd Grade Dean at McGlone Academy while venturing into independent educational consulting. I love weekends with family/friends/relatives, traveling, taking photos, running, snowboarding, and do my best to stay mindful of self-care.

After traveling the world on Semester at Sea  in '06, I knew I wanted to work with children. I believe all children deserve a chance to embrace their innocence and their curiosities while being provided with the opportunities to learn real life skills, build their character and become lifelong learners.
